Terms & Conditions
*Terms & Conditions : -1. Please allow 2-3 weeks for items to arrive since they take time to inspect goods properly prior to shipping. As most spree's products are not obtained locally, it will take a longer time for shipment to arrive.
2. Currently, only payments via fund transfer to POSB/UOB accounts are accepted.
3. All prices stated are at nett and does not include postage fee.
4. Payment must be made within 3 days after confirmation mail is sent.
5. Only paid orders (ie. payment made) received by last order date will be accepted for spree. -
6. Orders once made and paid are not cancellable. Refunds is only possible in the case of no stock available.
7. Goods sold are non-refundable and non-exchangable due to hygiene reasons.
8. Sprees can be cancelled or delayed due to poor response at any time. Refunds will be made in this situation.
9. Terms & Conditions are subject to changes without notification on the website.
10. So place your order only if you’re able to wait and if you accept the above terms and conditions.
*Inch.Z will not liable in the following : -1. If wrong items were sent by the seller / supplier. The items ordered in the list will be double checked by Inch.Z before sending it out to the supplier.
2. Goods damage or lost during delivery. However, I will ensure that the goods are in good condition before mailing them out.
3. Measurements are obtained from supplier, please allow 2cm variation.
4. Colour/quality of goods not meeting expectations of buyer
5. Colour of different hue compared to that of photo due to lighting
*Collections : -Collection of goods will be at Simei MRT and at our stipulated time and convenience.
*Calculations : -Please refer to individual spree / preorder / promotion post for details.
As exchange rate changes, the calculation cost will be updated on every spree post.
