SPREE Updates
30/01 Spree Open
15/02 Spree closing date on 20th Feb. Will be closed earlier once cap of 15 items is reached.
20/02 Orders sent to PG. Awaiting their reply.
22/02 PG Replied. OOS items revised and re-ordered. Awaiting PG's Confirmation.
01/03 PG did not reply, might be email server problem. The delay caused by email disruption.
**UPDATE : Called PG and they've sent a reconfirmation list.
Payment will be made tomorrow.
All OOS items will be refunded by Tuesday (04/03).**
03/03 Payment already sent on 01/03 but PG have yet to reply. Calls will be made to PG to check status of items.
07/03 PG replied at last after persistent calls made to Taiwan. However, they did not withhold our items despite our payment to them. They say 3 items will only arrive on 24/03.
We apologise for the delay and hope to seek understanding from buyers and address this attention. Other bag sprees will be considered in future due to the constant delayed response from PG.
09/03 Discount Vouchers Sent
19/03 Mail sent to PG Mall for further confirmation on their promised 3/24 delivery.
26/03 PG say parcel is held up due to THEIR shipment delay on 2 items. which will deliver on 31/03 latest. Or so they claim. We apologise for this issue again.
04/03 Items Sent. Tracking Number cc092653814tw. However, Item 886 is still repeatedly out of stock. I have already reprimanded them for the delay and they promise to send as soon as the stock is in.
08/04 ALL ITEMS HAVE ARRIVED! HOORAY!!!! details for collection of items had been sent via email. Kindly check your email and contact me to collect all items! ^_^
